Special Events Security

We provide a staff of highly professional and customer service oriented individuals to handle events from protecting client booths at trade shows to fundraisers at the home of celebrities. We provide service from event load-in to event break down.


There are four critical security phases needed to make your event successful. We work closely with our clients through each phase.

Pre-Event Phase: Risk Analysis
This is the most important phase. We work closely with you the client and the facility staff to identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, hazards, and possible threats to your event. We then construct an effective security program to ensure proper coordination, communication, crowd control, the protection of attendees and materials, thus reducing the exposure to risk.

During the Pre-Conference/Event phase, Finest Security and Protection Services Inc. will meet with our clients to discuss final preparations for the event. In addition, our role in the event will be restated and all questions or concerns will be addressed.

Phase III: The Conference/Event
We realize that security concerns are a top priority for our clients. Our security officers are handpicked and trained to work in a professional environment such as conferences and events. Finest Security and Protection Services Inc. security team will function in a cohesive and efficient manner.

Phase IV- Evaluation/Lesson Learned
We believe in total customer satisfaction. A debriefing between our Special Events Security Director and event organizers is an essential part of making sure our commitment to satisfaction is met. An evaluation of our services and of the event will take place. This will allow our clients to state what they thought went well and what did not. The evaluation phase is critical in that both our clients and Finest Security and Protection Services will be able to make necessary adjustment on policies that will enhance future events.
